Techno India University welcomes Foreign Delegates, Keynote Speakers and Authors to join the International Conference with anticipation. The Foreign Members will be escorted from the International Airport and will be provided with free accommodation, fooding and Sightseeing by Techno India University. The conference will be held at Techno India University main campus in Sector V, Salt Lake. The venue is located in the prestigious IT hub of Salt Lake, Kolkata. Kolkata the capital of West Bengal is often termed as the "City of Joy", because of its scenic places of attraction and location on the banks of Hooghly River. It is one of the biggest metropolitan cities in India, with varied culture and religion with 4.5 million citizens. Primarily the weather of Kolkata is cool in winters and ranges from warm to hot in the summer months.

The transportation from other parts of India as well as abroad runs smooth because of the fluency in airways, road and railway facilities. The international airport of Kolkata, which is named as NSCB International Airport, conducts flights all over India and abroad. While travelling to India, any foreign citizen has to possess a valid international travel document, i.e. an International Passport along with a valid Conference Visa.
